Sustainable logistics, the path to sustainable development

2019 | Our special express on the green route

Sustainable Logistics Comes to Raudovan with O3 Protégelo

We've decided to take a further step in terms of sustainability, because we're aware that it remains a topical issue in the sector due to pollution and CO2 emissions.

One of our goals for 2019 was to begin taking action on this issue, and we've done so through "O3 Protégelo" a Barcelona-based company that, through the installation of a device, reduces polluting emissions and fuel consumption.

We care for the health of your engine

With the installation of O3 Protégelo®, a small device installed in light fuel vehicles, it directly and immediately reduces diesel and gasoline consumption and, at the same time, reduces the emission of polluting gases, smoke, and odors.

We care for your engine's health, reduce polluting emissions, and reduce fuel consumption.

Because we are environmentally conscious. Without a doubt, a solution tailored to our needs: eco-efficiency, durability, effectiveness, and a guarantee.

There's still a long way to go...

We all know there's much to be done in this area, given that logistics is among the most polluting industries.

Regarding logistics and transportation operations, we are responsible for 25% of CO2 emissions in Spain and are far behind countries like Germany (where greenhouse gas emissions have only grown by 5%) or Sweden (where they have even decreased by 1.6%). Spain has increased its greenhouse gas emissions by more than 50% since 1990.

Nothing less than these data are reflected by the European Environment Agency, which supports the idea of the need to reduce our pollution and make Spanish logistics more sustainable.

Every small action is important, and together we all contribute.

And as for consumption, we've already noticed savings thanks to the installation of O3 Protégelo® :)

If you'd like to learn more about O3, here's the latest news, fresh off the press, where it's already being applied to the agricultural sector. Heraldo de Aragón tells us about it.
